Booking Agreement
By booking our services, you agree to provide accurate information about your location and the service required. You must allow our certified technicians reasonable access to the service area.
30-Day Warranty
All workmanship carries a 30-day warranty from the date of service completion. This covers defects directly caused by our technicians. It does not cover new damage, misuse, or unrelated issues arising after the service.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid any charges. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a nominal visit fee at our discretion.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
AC Installations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the cost of the service provided. Our liability is limited to re-performing the service at no additional cost within the warranty period.
